Professional installation of flexitanks in sea containers

We offer a complete, standard-compliant installation of Flexitanks in 20" sea containers for the safe transport of non-hazardous liquid bulk goods. Our range of services includes all technical work steps required for safe filling, international transport and maximum operational reliability.

Container Testing & Preparation

  • Structural inspection of the container according to ISO 1496, CSC and COA guidelines (inspection of side walls, floor, roof, door mechanisms and closure strips)
  • Interior cleaning to remove potential risk points (metal shavings, splinters, screws, sharp edges)
  • Mechanical preparation such as smoothing out unevenness or masking critical contact points

Installation of the protection system

  • Installation of floor, sidewall and door protection systems, anti-slip materials and edge protection profiles
  • Fixation of the protective materials according to manufacturer specifications to avoid friction, abrasion or punctual loads

Insertion and installation of the flexitank

  • Professional installation of the Flexitank
  • Precise alignment in the container for optimal load distribution during filling and transport
  • Fastening via tensioning systems, belts or rails according to the tank manufacturer’s specification
  • Checking the tank position with regard to creasing, side clearance and door position

Valve Technology & Safety Systems

  • Installation of the filling or emptying valve (top or bottom load), incl. leak test
  • Installation of a certified bulkhead/door reinforcement system to absorb dynamic forces (incl. cross struts, steel or HDPE front panels, screw connections)

Final Inspection & Documentation

  • Creation of extensive photo documentation and installation protocol
