Container locksmith (m/f/d) in the Port of Hamburg

HCS repairs around 50,000 containers annually in accordance with the currently valid customer standards and legal requirements. The task of a container locksmith is to repair the containers by different methods such as straightening, welding, burning, straightening, assembling or disassembling.

To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Container Locksmith (m/f/d) for the operational area as soon as possible.

Employment: Full-time

Your tasks

  • Repair of sea containers according to the performance principle (piecework)
    • Straightening work
    • Welding/cutting and machining of metal parts
    • Assembling and disassembling parts

Your profile

  • Experience in the locksmith sector, metal construction or as a container locksmith (m/f/d).
  • Technical understanding
  • Independent work
  • Willingness to undergo further training
  • Willingness to work outdoors permanently / regardless of wind and weather
  • Physical fitness
